Refund policy

You have the right to return the received goods within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

Please review the following conditions:
*   The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
*   The item should be returned complete, with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels where possible.
*   You may inspect and try the item as you would in a physical store. However, if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from your refund.
*   Factory-sealed products (e.g., sealed with tape or a security seal) that have been opened are non-returnable, unless defective.

Once the return is approved, funds will be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of shipment, whichever is earlier). Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
